Private return hotel transfers included

Enjoy private hotel transfers exclusively for you and your party. Activities may be shared with other guests unless booked as a private experience.

Staying outside Hurghada city? Private pickup is available from Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay and Safaga. Any additional transfer charge will be confirmed based on your hotel and group size before you pay.

Before you book

Booking & cancellation

Payment options

Choose how you pay: secure your booking with a 50% online card deposit and pay the remaining 50% in cash before departure on the excursion day, or pay the full booking amount online by card in advance.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking at any time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed booking price applies.

If you paid a 50% deposit, we refund half of that deposit and retain the other half as the cancellation fee.

If you paid the full booking price in advance, we refund 75% of the total booking price and retain 25%.

If we cancel your excursion, we refund all payments you have made for that booking in full.

If we cancel because of weather, the same full-refund rule applies. An alternative date may be offered, but only as an option you choose.
